Bronny James celebrated his 20th birthday on October 6. The LA Lakers rookie had birthday wishes coming from everywhere. LeBron’s mother and Bronny’s grandmother Gloria James also sent birthday wishes to her grandson on his special day.

The grandmother of three took to her social media and posted a series of pictures of Bronny as he grew up, from his childhood to his young adulthood. She posted pictures of him standing in the Cleveland Cavaliers locker room when he was just a toddler.

She also posted a picture of the Laker rookie in all Nike gear. Bronny was wearing a Nike sweatshirt and headband just like his father in his first years in the NBA. In one of the pictures, young Bronny was posing with a fish in his hand.

Gloria also wrote a very heartfelt message for Bronny, wishing him health, happiness and success in his life.

“Happy 20th Birthday to my first grand-born !!!! I wish for you continued spiritual and physical great health, happiness, prosperity, true love, success and a life full of joy. Love you always, unconditionally and past the planets . @bronny,”

Bronny suffered a cardiac arrest last year while he was practicing at USC. He was cleared to play basketball after surgery. Fast forward, the Lakers drafted him at No. 55 overall in the 2024 NBA draft.

Bronny James’ mother Savannah James also wished on his birthday. With her son and her husband playing together in the NBA and about to start their stint together, Savannah had even more reason to be happy.

The proud mother of the Laker rookie, took to her social media to wish him a happy birthday with a special message. She posted two pictures of Bronny in the post. The first picture was just a few months after his birth. The second picture was a recent one, showing a full-grown Bronny James in a suit.

“Happy Birthday @bronny!!!! 🥳Literally can’t with 20🥹‍ Love you beyond words and so proud of you!! Keep being YOU!!! 🫶,” Savannah wrote in caption.

His father, and Lakers teammate, LeBron James also wished his son a happy birthday. The Lakers superstar reposted several posts from different IG handles wishing Bronny on his special day. He also posted a picture of them posing for the camera on Lakers media day.

“HBD young [king]! Love you,” LeBron wrote in the story.

James also shared a video of the Lakers-themed cake on his IG story. The two-tier cake had a Lakers logo with palm trees and gold serving utensils next to the cake.

The James family has definitely made sure that Bronny James is having a great birthday celebration.
