Update on Bayley’s Condition Following Injury Sustained in Match Against Nia Jax at WWE Bad Blood

Bayley suffered what appeared to be an injury at Bad Blood after facing Nia Jax in a match for the Women’s Championship. She lost the match, and a new report has emerged about the injury.

The former champion had a difficult time at Bad Blood, as she was contending with Nia Jax for the Women’s Championship. While facing Jax is quite a challenge by itself, that was not all that the former champion had to do. She also had to do quite a lot of work to make sure that she could walk away from the bout at all, given the moves that Jax brought out, including an unexpected hurricanrana.

However, during the match, it appeared that Bayley was injured, as she was limping and her knee seemed to be hurt. She had to do a lot of work on that knee, and given that the company has seen multiple other injuries over the last week, including Braun Strowman’s groin tear, the latest AJ Styles update, and Drew McIntyre being busted open, fans were worried for her.

A report from Dave Meltzer may put fans at ease. The report stated that the Bayley knee injury from Bad Blood was only a work and was a planned part of the story.

While it ended up working out for the best, Tiffany Stratton coming out to help Nia Jax during her match almost ended disastrously for the team.

After Stratton took out Jax’s opponent, the referee, who was coming back to consciousness, thought Tiffany Stratton was going to cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase. Stratton appeared to even consider it, which was what Jax saw when she got back to her feet.

The resulting confusion eventually led to the challenger losing, but there appears to be further tension between the two friends now than there was before the event.
