Derrick Henry capped a landmark day with a sensational 51-yard run in overtime to haul the Baltimore Ravens to a 41-38 win over Cincinnati Bengals.
The running back got his 100th career touchdown in a game that finished level on 38-38 after four quarters.
Then in overtime, after Cincinnati’s Evan McPherson missed a 53-yard field goal to clinch the game, the 30-year-old Henry surged downfield and raced down the sideline with a blistering 51-yard gallop that put the Ravens in touching distance of victory.
The win was eventually sealed through kicker Justin Tucker from 24 yards with 3:33 left on the clock. But it was Henry who was soaking up the plaudits after another stunning performance from one of the league’s standout players so far.
‘Derrick Henry just called this game,’ Ryan Clark wrote on X moments after the Ravens clinched the win.

Sarah Henry, co-host of the Ravens Vault podcast, tweeted: ‘This is why you sign Derrick Henry. Lots of people contributed to this win, but Henry puts it over the top.’
As well as hitting 100 TDs, Henry also passed 10,000 career rushing yards in the game. He is the 32nd player in NFL history to rush for 10,000 yards.
ESPN’s Pat McAfee was stunned by Henry’s touchdown earlier in the game, writing on X: ‘Derrick Henry just slipped on a goal line run.. lost all of his leverage.. regained his balance.. ran over 4 dudes with Ricard assisting.. and scored his 100th touchdown.
‘Dude is an absolute beast. Him as a Raven feels like it shouldn’t be allowed.’
Henry finished the day with 92 rushing yards on 15 carries. The victory takes the Ravens to 3-2 for the season.
‘I’m not going to lie, every time he gets the ball I think he’s going to score,’ Zay Flowers said after the game. ‘In the locker room he calls himself a “home run hitter” and he just keeps showing it.’
The Ravens are in Washington next weekend to take on the Commanders.
