Beasley and Yao have been going strong for about six years now. They met each other in 2018 and started dating the same year. In March 2019, they welcomed their first child, Makai into this world. Following the birth of their child, the couple decided to tie the knot a year later in March 2020.
However, their relationship has seen its fair share of troubles. In the same year of their marriage, Yao filed for separation from the Pistons guard after pictures of him and reality TV star and Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife Larsa Pippen went viral.
Yao had also claimed that Malik Beasley had asked her to leave his house with their toddler son. However, the Pistons guard soon came around and ended things with Pippen. He then issued a public apology to win over his wife and the mother of his child back.
The couple reunited in 2021 and went on to have another child in 2022. Since then, they have been together and are serving as an inspiration for many young couples.
Malik Beasley’s wife showed off her modeling skills for her 127K Instagram followers. The Detroit Pistons guard’s wife wore an all-black designer outfit with a black and yellow bomber jacket. She accompanied a caption with her story, expressing her thoughts on her post.
“Gotta watch the time cause it’s flyin right by.”
In the picture featured on the post, Yao is seen sitting at the driving seat of a car and staring blankly at the camera with a tilted head. She is also wearing a hat, adding another layer to her modern-fashion-inspired outfit.
She took most of the pictures beside and inside the black Mercedes G-Wagon. The post also featured a video recorded from the back as she walked to the vehicle.
