Tennis player Carlos Alcaraz shows off a special good luck message from superstar Lionel Messi after winning his first French Open title.
Right after the 2024 French Open men’s singles final took place, information appeared on X (formerly Twitter) that Argentine football icon Lionel Messi sent a super special gift to the 21-year-old tennis player, to encourage Carlos Alcaraz’s spirit and that was true.
According to the photo posted after the final match, the young Spanish tennis player was holding a photo frame with an image of Leo Messi celebrating and an Inter Miami shirt signed by El Pulga in joy and enthusiasm.
With the 2024 Roland Garros championship, Alcaraz won his third Grand Slam at the age of 21, thereby becoming the youngest tennis player in history to win professional tournaments on all three surfaces (hard court, grass court and clay court).
It is a success beyond the imagination of tennis fans around the world in particular, or athletes from all over the world in general, they are all praising Alcaraz’s natural talent in the field of tennis, not only Messi but also Neymar, the captain of the Brazilian national team.
Notably, this is not the first time Messi has sent a clear message to a tennis player. Previously, M10 also sent Rafael Nadal some memorabilia signed by him when Argentina won the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. This happened after Nadal supported him to win the Laureus Sportsman of the Year award.
Messi’s previous gifts to Carlos Alcaraz and Rafael Nadal say a lot, because both of the world’s most famous tennis players are loyal fans of Real Madrid, the eternal rival that created countless “dramas” during Messi’s time playing at Barcelona.
However, for many fans, the recent gift that Leo Messi sent to Carlos Alcaraz has a good reason, sport is a bond for a common spirit, without boundaries.
