SHOCKING: Vince McMahon Proposed ‘Disgusting’ WWE Storyline Involving Daughter Stephanie – Full Story to Be Revealed in Netflix Documentary

DISGRACED former WWE supremo Vince McMahon considered booking his daughter Stephanie in a “completely disgusting” storyline while she was pregnant.

Vince, 79, revolutionised pro wrestling in the ’80s by bridging it with entertainment as well as popular culture and ultimately becoming the most powerful man in sports entertainment.

However, the American businessman’s 42-year reign came to an end in January when he resigned from the company he helped build as owner, chairman and CEO after purchasing it from his dad Vince Sr.

The ex-WWE chief quit as Executive Chairman and board member of TKO – the new ownership that was placed in 2023 – after disturbing allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking which he denies.

That brought an end to Vince’s controversial run, which was loaded with shocking storylines on WWE TV.

There was one “gross” angle the promoter considered involving his children but it never made it to air as it was shot down by his daughter Stephanie.

The ex-Women’s Champion confirmed that storyline for the first time in the Netflix docuseries Mr. McMahon, which focuses on her father’s contentious run in charge of WWE.

The former WWE chairwoman was pregnant in 2006 and expecting her first child with wrestling legend and current Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.

And Vince pitched a scripted angle for TV that would see him being unveiled as the baby’s father.

Stephanie was repulsed by the idea and immediately turned it down as she insisted there was no “entertainment value”.

But Vince came back with a different angle suggesting her brother Shane would be revealed as the father of her child.

However, the businesswoman stuck to her guns and refused once more.

Triple H dodges Vince McMahon questions after Royal Rumble as WWE founder resigns from TKO after Janel Grant allegations

Stephanie said: “My dad did approach me about wanting to be the father of my baby in the storyline for TV which was actually only the second time I’ve said ‘no’ to him for something he wanted to do.

“That one was just a little too gross, actually. It was completely disgusting and I don’t find the entertainment value in it at all.

“And he’s actually my father, so how could I even play that out? I can’t fake kiss my dad like we were in love or something. It’s just revolting all the way around.

“Then he came up with the idea of Shane to be the father of my baby – my brother.

“Again, I [said] ‘no’. I know that happens in this world, but it’s not going to happen with us. I can’t do that. It’s too much.”

Netflix’s tell-all documentary includes various WWE legends, such as John Cena. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Vince has already distanced himself from the series, even though he is participating, after watching an early version before the premiere.

He tweeted: “Unfortunately, based on an early partial cut I’ve seen, this doc falls short and takes the predictable path of conflating the ‘Mr. McMahon’ character with my true self, Vince. The title and promos alone make that evident.

“A lot has been misinterpreted or left out entirely in an effort to leave viewers intentionally confused. The producers use typical editing tricks with out of context footage and dated soundbites etc. to distort the viewers’ perception and support a deceptive narrative.”
