Roger Federer has entered his Swiftie era!
After attending Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Zürich, Switzerland on Monday, July 8, the retired tennis pro shared a selfie he snapped with the pop superstar following the concert.
“In my Swiftie era 🦋🫶💜🧣🌃🐍💘🪩🌲🕰️🤍,” Federer, 42, wrote, including a series of emojis relating to Swift, 34, and her tour in the caption of the Instagram post published two days later, on July 10.
The selfie appeared to have been taken backstage after the show, with Federer wearing a VIP lanyard for the tour around his neck and Swift still dressed in the glittering blue bodysuit she wore for the Midnights era of the concert.
“Two of my most fave performers — On court and on stage! 🎾🫶🏻🎤🥰,” wrote a third fan.
Federer was spotted at Monday’s show with his wife, Mirka, and their four kids — twin girls Myla and Charlene, 15, and twin boys Leo and Lenny, 10.
An Eras Tour fan account on X (formerly Twitter) shared a snap of the two parents smiling with their arms around each other in the crowd along with a photo of Federer’s impressive friendship bracelet collection. The athlete also shared a look at his bracelets on his Instagram Stories.
Among his bracelet stack appeared to be titles of Swift’s songs, including “Anti-Hero,” “Champagne Problems” and “Wildest Dreams.”
Another X user also spotted the family of six at the concert and posted a photo of the Federer brood in the audience.
Last month, the tennis champion told PEOPLE that seeing Swift in concert with his children was an aim for the summer of 2024.
“We went to a lot of concerts last year,” he said, adding that it was fun to get on stage with Coldplay during their Zürich show in July 2023.
“I didn’t sing, I just played a little shaker thing,” Federer said with a laugh. “But we also saw [Bruce] Springsteen twice, and Elton John. This summer Taylor Swift is coming to Switzerland so of course we’ll go to that, and ACDC too.”
