Rhea Ripley Drops Hints About Upcoming Showdown with WWE Newcomer!

Rhea Ripley would love to face one of WWE’s new arrivals.

Although she was always expected to achieve big things, Rhea Ripley has become one of the biggest stars in wrestling since joining forces with the Judgment Day.

After a lengthy reign with the Women’s World Championship, Ripley returned from injury to looking to get revenge on Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio. At Bad Blood, she got a measure of that revenge by attacking Mysterio with a kendo stick, but she was attacked by a returning Raquel Rodriguez meaning she failed to win back the World Title from Morgan.

While Ripley was unable to get the better of Morgan, she’s already got her eye on a potential new challenger.

During a recent episode of UpUpDownDown, Ripley said it would be cool to meet DELTA in NXT who is expected to make her debut in the coming weeks.

“I mean, I feel like I have to say DELTA. I haven’t stepped in the ring with her, and she came after my time in Australia, so I think it’d be cool to meet up in NXT.”

Back in July, it was reported that WWE had signed DELTA after a successful try-out during Elimination Chamber week. The star was offered a contract back in February in the wake of that try-out but she remained in Australia to finish up her existing commitments.

Although she’s yet to make her debut, on October 1st, a vignette aired for a mystery female wrestler many believe to be DELTA.
