Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry was selected seventh overall in the 2009 NBA draft. Now entering his 16th NBA season, Curry is already the league’s all-time leader in three-pointers.
A four-time NBA champion, Curry is looking for a fifth title in Golden State. In 956 career games, Curry has posted averages of 24.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 6.4 assists.
In addition to the individual and team accolades, one constant throughout Curry’s NBA career has been his wife Ayesha Curry. The two married on July 30, 2011 and now have four children together (Riley, Ryan, Canon and Caius Chai).
Steph and Ayesha co-founded the Eat. Learn. Play. Nonprofit organization in 2019. Sharing a post via the foundation’s Instagram account, the couple shared what they called exciting news.
“Exciting news,” Steph and Ayesha wrote. “We’re thrilled to announce Joie, a leading global baby gear brand, is now the Title Sponsor of the Eat. Learn. Play. Bus through 2027! Together, we’ll continue delivering essential resources and joyful experiences to kids and families across Oakland.”
The couple added in their caption, “From nutritious meals and fresh groceries to a library filled with inspiring, culturally relevant books, the @eatlearnplay Bus is all about community impact—and with @joiebaby_usa’s support, we’re ready to make an even bigger difference!”
This is one of several ways the Curry family is making an impact through their Eat. Learn. Play. foundation that focuses on giving back to Oakland.
