CCTV footage of Randy Orton ‘being attacked’ has been leaked days after Cody Rhodes brawl – SPORTbible
Footage has emerged of WWE star Kevin Owens ‘attacking’ Randy Orton just days after the Canadian wrestler was involved in a brawl with Cody Rhodes.
After weeks of built-up tension, Owens finally snapped at Rhodes following WWE Bad Blood, when he attacked the American after the show had gone off air.
On Friday’s edition of Smackdown, after attempting to explain his actions, Owens came to blows with Orton due to his close bond with Rhodes.

However, the scuffle wasn’t resolved in the ring and again continued after the WWE cameras stopped rolling as the pair were involved in a brutal scrap following the show.
CCTV footage posted by Sports Illustrated shows Owens and Orton involved in a heated exchange of words before Owens began yet another attack on a fellow superstar.
Owens sent Orton to the floor before proceeding to ‘ground and pound’ the Viper until security intervened in similar fashion as the incident involving Rhodes.

WWE didn’t film or post the scrap, but have now retweeted the original video on their X account.

WWE are yet to comment on the incident but WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H – real name Paul Levesque – did make his feelings very clear on the Owens’ initial attack last week.

On X, he wrote: “We are aware of the incident outside of the arena last night between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens. The matter will be dealt with internally.”
Owens was subsequently fined and suspended for his actions.
The Prizefighter had been pals with both Rhodes and Orton until recently, with the trio linking up to square off against the dominant Bloodline faction.

After the assault, which was not a part of the promotion’s broadcast, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H – real name Paul Levesque – took to social media to share his thoughts on the clash.

WWE has yet to acknowledge the incident between Rhodes and Owens on their social media channels, adding to the intrigue surrounding the clash.
Rhodes and Owens haven’t seen eye-to-eye since August when ‘The American Nightmare’ defeated his rival to retain his title at Bash in Berlin.
And their feud escalated after Rhodes teamed up with Reigns, with the Canadian expressing his frustration.”])
After defending his title, Rhodes spoke about his potential next opponents.
He said: “LA Knight is somebody that I look at because, I get it, ‘it’s two good guys.’ I understand that. There is a flavour there. There is something about it. When you have that fever, you want to know. ‘I’m the man.’ ‘No, I’m the man.’ All that macho toxic alpha stuff that I still have a bit of, I suppose.”
Rhodes added: “I had a fairly humbling moment a few nights before WrestleMania — my bus [caught] fire outside of Lincoln Financial.
“[It was humbling] Knowing that all your things might go up in flames, minus the pair of boots that I took off as I was standing out in the rain watching this thing burn. Thankfully, that fire department handled it [and] put it out.””])
In response, one X (Twitter) account tagged Orton, asking the legendary WWE veteran for his thoughts on the clip. And the 14-time world champion did have a response – and certainly didn’t hold back.
You can see what Orton said below.
Back in the squared circle, many fans expect Orton to take on the current United States Champion Paul at WrestleMania 40, in what would be a first-ever match between the pair at the ‘Show of Shows’.
‘The Viper’ was forced to miss last year’s WrestleMania as he was still recovering from spinal fusion surgery that eventually ruled him out of wrestling action for nearly 18 months.
He returned at the Survivor Series event in November, helping his team-mates Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn to defeat the Judgment Day and McIntyre in a War Games match before the shocking WWE return of CM Punk closed out the show.”])
