What is The Rock’s current WWE salary?

The Rock now holds a stake inTKO, which is the parent company of both UFC and WWE. So, there is no need for him to be taking a salary. However, when he cut the deal and was made a member of the board, The Rock was promised shares whose value is reported to be around $30 million. So instead of taking a traditional salary,Dwayne Johnsonhas cashed out with his shares.

What is The Rock’s contract status with WWE?

As per The Rock’s deal with TKO, he will receive $30 million in shares, as mentioned above. TKO can also use The Rock’s IP for a total of 10 years, considering they don’t terminate the deal early. The Rock is also a part of TKO’s board of members thanks to his new contract. Moreover, TKO can only use The Rock trademark for things like merchandise. This means that The Rock’s likeness can’t be used for pop-up ads, advertisements for alcohol, tobacco, etc. At a single glance, it is clear to see that The Rock has landed himself quite a huge contract.

The Rock’s upcoming projects

The Rock made his return to WWE at the end of Bad Blood 2024. However, from the looks of it, he won’t be playing a huge role in the company over the next couple of months. Currently, The Rock is busy promoting his new Netflix movie, Red One, which is set to come out on November 15, 2024.
