Novak Djokovic Overcomes Rafael Nadal as Jannik Sinner Claims Victory at the Six Kings Slam

In the championship final, Jannik Sinner is determined to take revenge on Carlos Alcaraz, who beat him in all three encounters in 2024.

In set 1, Sinner broke Alcaraz’s second serve early. The Spaniard regained the break, forcing the set into a tie-break. Carlos Alcaraz showed more courage when he defeated his Italian opponent with a score of 7-5.

In set 2, Sinner broke his serve quite early and Alcaraz reclaimed the break in game 6. But with his own strength, Sinner then won 2 more consecutive breaks to win 6-3.

In the deciding set, the match was tense in the first 7 games and in the pivotal 8th game, Sinner successfully took advantage of the break point he had. The Italian star then closed the set with a 6-3 victory.

Jannik Sinner defeated Carlos Alcaraz 6-7, 6-3, 6-3 to win the Six Kings Slam exhibition tennis tournament and his 8th title of the season. The Italian is a strong candidate for the upcoming Paris Masters and ATP Finals.

In the third-place match between Djokovic and Nadal, the Spanish player did not start well in set 1. Nole took the absolute initiative and ended the set with a score of 6-2.

In set 2, Rafael Nadal showed his timely courage when he reclaimed the break point in the next game. The set was tense and in game 9, Djokovic broke again. Nadal tried to reclaim the break successfully to bring the set into a tie-break.

In the nerve-wracking “shootout”, Nadal made more mistakes while Djokovic served extremely well and won 7-5 in the tie-break. Djokovic beat Nadal 6-2, 7-6 to take third place in the 2024 Six Kings Cup.
