Calling all Fed fans (and sneaker enthusiasts):

Real heads for Roger Federer can now do more than just dress like their favorite G.O.A.T. from head to toe—or, should we say, from his sunglasses with Oliver Peoples to his signature shoes by On.

Thanks to an exclusive collector’s edition tennis shoe—one that features string from Federer’s very own racquet—they can also step with a piece of the 20-time Grand Slam champion’s legacy wherever they go.

Or, more likely, put them under commemorative glass for all eternity.

Only three pairs of THE ROGER Pro “Strings Attached” have been created, with On’s classic performance tennis shoe getting an ultra-limited-edition twist. Threaded through the eyelets of each shoe is a white and red polyester string—a genuine memento from Federer’s victory in the 2005 Wimbledon final.

Each pair of The Roger Pro "Strings Attached" features a string from Federer's racquet and a certificate of authenticity.

Sealed with a win over Andy Roddick, the moment marked Federer’s fifth Grand Slam title overall and his third straight at the All England Club. Coming amid one of the most dominant seasons in Open era history, it solidified his growing status as one of the sport’s biggest legends.

Each pair of these “Strings Attached” pays homage to this moment in tennis history, and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Federer himself, making them truly unique collectors’ items.

These entirely court-ready shoes also feature the standard specs like a 100 percent carbon fiber speedboard for maximum energy return, engineered mesh for breathability and support and a tread pattern for grip and glide to aid with lateral movement.

With only three pairs available, the competition between tennis fans and sneakerheads trying to land the highly coveted shoes is sure to be fierce. Luckily, at least one pair has been made available to the public via a raffle in collaboration with On and Complex.
