The singer showed love to the Kansas City Chiefs player after ranking top in the NFL on Instagram
Taylor Swift is celebrating her man!
The singer, 34, showed love to her boyfriend Travis Kelce, on Friday, July 12, by liking posts declaring him the top tight end in the NFL.
Swift first liked a post shared by ESPN NFL, who wrote on Instagram, “Who’s the best tight end in the game? 🏈”
A photo of Kelce, 34, in his Kansas City Chiefs kit pointing up to the sky was shared beside the message with the words, ‘1. Travis Kelce’ written underneath the image.
The caption then explained that NFL reporter Jeremy Fowler had spoken to execs, coaches and scouts to put the top 10 together, as a carousel of photos of the remaining Top 10 tight ends were also shared.
This is the fifth year ESPN has conducted these surveys to compile rankings of the top 10 players in 11 different NFL positions, with this year’s results also seeing San Francisco 49ers’ Christian McCafferty being named top running back.
Swift also liked a second post from the Chiefs celebrating Kelce’s latest achievement.
“ESPN knows what’s up. Congratulations, @killatrav 🏹,” the caption read beside a close-up shot of Kelce smiling in his Chiefs kit and another of image of him in the kit holding a football and pointing to the sky.
“#1 Ranked Tight End,” a message read over the image. “Travis Kelce, the Big Yeti himself, has been ranked as the NFL’s best tight end by execs, coaches, scouts and players. You might even say he knows how to ball.”
Swift’s support for Kelce comes after the NFL star was recently seen traveling with the singer across Europe as he supported her on the more recent European legs of her Eras Tour in Amsterdam, Ireland and London — the latter city even saw him appear on stage with Swift for the first time.
Swift and Kelce were first rumored to be dating in September 2023. The pair went public with their romance in October 2023 and have since been seen spending quality time together jetting around the globe while also supporting each other in their careers.
Kelce’s latest honor comes after he won another award on Thursday, July 11 — this time for karaoke instead of sport — and dedicated his win to Swift.
The Chiefs player performed karaoke onstage on July 11 as he attended the American Century Championship charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and took part in a karaoke contest.
After singing Whitesnake’s 1982 hit “Here I Go Again,” Kelce was named the karaoke winner and gave a shoutout to Swift in his speech.
“Taylor, this is for you,” he said onstage in a video shared on X (formerly known as Twitter). Travis then held his award up in the air and told the audience, “I love you guys!”
