Jey Uso holds the WWE Intercontinental Championship, while Sami Zayn failed to dethrone World Heavyweight Champion Gunther this past Monday. Both stars are members of the RAW roster.
Be that as it may, before the end of the year, the two are expected to join Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso in their crusade to put away the new Bloodline once and for all.
As per WRKD Wrestling, this is the direction WWE is heading towards. Jimmy Uso stressed this past Friday on RAW that he and Roman Reigns need “help” to take down the Solo Sikoa-led group, hinting at the beginning of a reunion storyline for the original members of The Bloodline.
“As we reported back in May, absolutely,” read the report, responding to whether Sami Zayn and Jey Uso reuniting with Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso still being a possibility.
Roman Reigns was initially not interested in seeking any help, especially from ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso, his former Right Hand Man. Uso left Reigns last year, but not before attempting to dethrone the latter and become Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at SummerSlam.
Despite everything that transpired between them, Jey Uso still loves The Bloodline. He reflected on his time in the group recently, admitting to breaking character many times thanks to Sami Zayn.
Zayn, the former ‘Honorary Uce’ of The Bloodline, famously initiated the chant “Ucey” after using it in a segment on SmackDown. During Fanatics Fest NYC, Uso recounted it, stating it was some of the most fun he has had on television. Furthermore, he expressed a desire to bring that chant back.
“We’re going to bring it back, Uce. By far, Ucey, that segment (was the most) laughing on TV. That was the most coolest and embarrassing moment for me. I didn’t know what to do. It was fun.”
Although WWE teased Uso and Zayn forming a tag team many weeks ago, Triple H & Co. went in a different direction by having them chase singles titles. It remains to be seen how things play out in their rumored Bloodline reunion.
