Taylor Swift’s continued absence from Kansas City Chiefs games has sparked speculation that she is having a rift with boyfriend Travis Kelce. However, informed sources have denied the rumors.
In early September, Taylor Swift was at Arrowhead Stadium (Kansas City, Missouri, USA) to watch the first two games of the new National Football League (NFL) season of the Kansas City Chiefs. However, the pop superstar did not appear in the stands of her boyfriend’s team’s games in Atlanta (September 22) and Los Angeles (September 29).
With Taylor barely missing a game with Travis Kelce last season, many have questioned whether the relationship between the same-aged couple is in trouble. Especially in the context of Taylor being blamed for Travis’s poor performance in the opening two games. Viewers have accused the dating and partying during the offseason of negatively affecting the male player’s performance.

However, Page Six ‘s source confirmed that Taylor and her boyfriend are still on good terms. She did not go to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play for many objective reasons.
Security is also a concern, the source added, with the ” Shake It Off” hitmaker having more trouble getting to games not taking place at the Chiefs’ home stadium, Arrowhead.
“If she goes to a place other than Arrowhead, there will be security concerns. She has worked with Arrowhead so many times, they feel comfortable and at ease. Going to different types of stadiums, there needs to be a team in place,” the insider said.
Taylor Swift’s security vigilance has been heightened since she canceled her shows in Vienna, Austria, in August due to being targeted by IS terrorists.
Meanwhile, people close to Taylor Swift confirmed to Daily Mail that the singer can support her boyfriend without having to watch all the matches.
“It’s ridiculous and misogynistic to speculate that Taylor’s attendance will affect Travis’s performance. He enjoys her support but doesn’t expect her to be at every game, just like she doesn’t expect him to be at every Eras Tour date. (Taylor’s) fans don’t make a fuss when he’s not at every show. They have their own lives and careers. They’re both at the top of their game. They can support each other without having to be there in person. There’s TV, after all,” the insider stressed.

Page Six sources added that Taylor and Travis are both tough guys who don’t get affected by the online attacks. However, those who know them admit that Taylor’s absence gives the famous couple a little respite from the constant attacks from haters.
Despite Travis’s poor form, the Chiefs maintained an unbeaten record, winning four games in a row.
