Ex-WWE Chairman Vince McMahon no longer in Forbes 400 list of Wealthiest Americans

Vince McMahon is one of the biggest business heads, who has been owning WWE since the 1980s with Titan Sports. Last year, McMahon sold the shares to Endeavour and merged the company with it to form TKO Groups. With that Endeavour owns the maximum share with 51% and WWE now owns 49% and became the Executive Chairman of the Merger.

However, his new role didn’t last too long as he got accused of a couple of allegations of selling the shares illegally and a sexual allegation from an ex-WWE employee Ms. Janel Grant. This made McMahon step down from his positions from both WWE and TKO Groups. The Ex-Chairman of WWE is in his hard times, Forbes 400 list reveals McMahon’s wealth status as of 2024.

Forbes has officially released the list of top 400 wealthiest Americans list for 2024, featuring the 400 richest people in America. Elon Musk (#1) topped the list with $244 Billion followed by Jeff Bezos (#2) with $197 Billion, Mark Zuckerberg (#3) with $197 Billion and goes on until the 400th ranking. However, the list doesn’t feature the Ex-WWE Chairman Vince McMahon name in it.

It is reported that McMahon has fallen off the list. Based on the listings, the minimal net worth to make it into the Forbes 400 list was set to be $3.3 Billion, however, Vince McMahon currently owns $2.6 Billion as of 2024, which is a Billion less than the previous year, where he ranked 366th with $2.7 Billion. McMahon is currently ranked #1286 worldwide.

It is reported that the sexual scandal and the resigning of his postings from WWE & TKO group holdings seem to have played a major role in the decline of his net worth. McMahon also failed to sell his TKO shares this year, which also played a big role in the decline. According to the list Steve Cohen is the richest person in the state of Connecticut, where McMahon currently resides.

McMahon is currently under federal investigation for the misconduct and the direction of the case could someway impact his wealth in the upcoming years. Will the 79-year-old be able to recover from his financial decline in the upcoming years? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
