Giulia Speaks Out Following Controversial Loss for the NXT Women’s Championship

Giulia failed to win the NXT Women

At NXT’s CW premiere on October 1, Giulia failed to beat Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship. On Twitter/X, she broke her silence after suffering her first loss in WWE.

The 30-year-old superstar made her WWE debut at NXT No Mercy. She confronted Perez after her successful defense of the NXT Women’s Championship. On the September 10 edition of the show, she won her debut match by defeating Chelsea Green.

On Twitter/X, Giulia broke silence following her loss to Perez. During the match’s closing moments, the returning Cora Jade helped her former tag team partner retain the title as she attacked the challenger with a DDT.

“I actually lost in front of thousands of people,” wrote the 30-year-old.

At NXT Stand & Deliver, Roxanne Perez defeated Lyra Valkyria to win the NXT Women’s Championship for the second time. She became the youngest superstar to win the NXT Women’s Championship twice.

The 22-year-old has successfully defended the title against the reigning TNA Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace. She has also successfully defended her title against Thea Hail, Jaida Parker, and Lola Vice before heading into her match at NXT’s CW premiere.

Perez’s next title defense could be against Stephanie Vaquer, who has expressed interest in challenging the title.
