WWE Superstar and Women’s World Heavyweight Champion Liv Morgan has sent out a message to CM Punk and AJ Lee. Liv Morgan, who is currently involved in a heated rivalry with Rhea Ripley, recently decided to take a jab at none other than AJ Lee and her husband, CM Punk.

AJ Lee, a former WWE Divas Champion, retired from professional wrestling in 2015. She had her last match in WWE on RAW after WrestleMania 31 and has not stepped foot inside the squared circle since. Although she remains retired, speculation about her return has intensified since last November, when CM Punk made his WWE comeback. Punk has expressed that he wants her to return but insists the decision is completely up to her.

In recent months, several WWE Superstars have called out AJ Lee for a match. Liv Morgan, now the Women’s World Heavyweight Champion, added fuel to the fire by taking a jab at Lee. However, there are questions regarding why Morgan targeted CM Punk and AJ Lee.

WWE Bad Blood, the next live event, will take place this weekend in Atlanta, Georgia. To promote the show, WWE shared a video on Instagram where several Superstars answered the question, “What is one thing you have bad blood with?” In the clip, Liv Morgan expressed her frustration with people who rush to exit a plane.

Former WWE Champion CM Punk reacted to Morgan’s remarks by commenting on her on-screen boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio. He wrote, “How’s Liv gonna have proper plane etiquette but such bad taste in men? Dominik Mysterio claps when planes land.” Morgan took notice of Punk’s comment and responded by throwing shade at him and his wife, AJ Lee, saying, “I could say the same thing about your wife, sir.”

CM Punk and Liv Morgan are currently embroiled in a heated rivalry with Drew McIntyre and Rhea Ripley respectively. Following Morgan’s comment, there are possibilities that this could lead to AJ Lee coming out of retirement. Furthermore, this could set the stage for a mixed tag team match featuring CM Punk and AJ Lee against Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio.
