Jason, the down-to-earth, hard-nosed former center for the Eagles, and Travis, the fun-loving, energetic tight end for the Chiefs, have an outstanding bond and energy. Well, one more thing is unmatchable, their mom’s recent demand from them!

On Wednesday, Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce revealed on their podcast that they would start their ‘New Heights Film Club’. During the Film Club, the brothers would watch and discuss their classic childhood movies once a month. The brothers wrote, “You’ve been asking for it, and now the New Heights Film Club is finally here. Drop some suggestions for what the guys should review first.” Interesting isn’t it?

Well, the sneaky and naughty Kelce brothers took to the New Height Podcast’s IG account to share the news of starting a film club. And the real kicker is that even Donna Kelce suggested a movie to the TE and former center. Mama Kelce commented on the video and asked them to watch an action-adventure film. She excitedly wrote, “Swiss Family Robinson,” in the comments and demanded her Super Bowl Winner sons to watch the movie featuring a family shipwrecked on a deserted island!

While Travis and Jason have been planning to start the club for quite some time, they finally hit the ground running. Taking recommendations from their “92 percenters,” they started tossing around a bunch of movies, brainstorming what should make the list. Once they’ve got the top picks, they’ll let the fans vote on the winner and review the chosen film in their next episode. While we wait for the New Heights next episode, Travis Kelce is struggling to reach new heights in the last few episodes of the NFL season?

Travis Kelce’s 2024 NFL season has gotten off to a surprisingly sluggish start. While everyone was waiting for the Tight End to block and catch passes, he could not carry the ball in the Kelce style. And despite the Chiefs’ undefeated record, Kelce’s individual stats are raising eyebrows.

With just eight catches for 69 yards and zero touchdowns through three games, his performance is a far cry from his usual dominance. And guess what? He recorded a season-high seven receptions for 89 yards during the team’s Week 4 game against the Chargers. The third round NFL draft’s receiving grade is a relatively low 61.8. However, Kelce is as cool as a breeze, “I stopped caring about stats about four or five years ago.” While Kelce stays unbothered by his performance, the NFL world is surely questioning him.

Former NFL analyst Todd McShay sounded the alarm on Kelce’s growing weight at The Ryen Russillo Podcast. The ESPN analyst said, “Travis is out of shape, as specified in Life & Style.” However, reportedly, Kelce is trying to get into perfect shape. And that’s not all!

While the three-time Super Bowl winner is drawing more defensive attention, he is getting fewer targets from Patrick Mahomes. However, history suggests Kelce can turn it around. His age (approaching 35) adds pressure to rebound quickly. Can the veteran tight end regain his form and lead the Chiefs’ offense to new heights? Only time will tell.
