AJ Styles Triumphantly Returns to the Ring at WWE Live Event!

AJ Styles Makes In-Ring Return at WWE Live Event

AJ Styles Makes In-Ring Return at WWE Live Event – AJ Styles has officially made his highly anticipated return to the ring, sending shockwaves through the WWE Universe. “The Phenomenal One” stepped back into action during WWE’s live event in Columbus, Georgia, on September 28, 2024.

The main event saw Styles challenge Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in a thrilling encounter. Despite putting on an impressive performance, Styles was unable to dethrone Rhodes, who retained his championship in front of an excited crowd.

This return marks Styles’ first WWE match since his loss to Rhodes at Clash at the Castle in June 2024. While Styles has remained active at non-WWE events, including a match in Pro Wrestling NOAH earlier this year, he’s been notably absent from WWE programming.

Looking ahead, Styles is scheduled to officially return to WWE television on the October 4 episode of SmackDown. Fans are buzzing with speculation about what’s next for the former WWE Champion, especially with reports suggesting that his contract is set to expire either later this year or in early 2025. Despite being healthy and ready for action, Styles has been waiting for the right creative direction before returning to TV.

Now that Styles is back, all eyes are on WWE to see how they will utilize one of their most celebrated performers as he re-enters the mix. Will Styles find himself back in the title picture, or will he take a different path as his contract winds down? One thing is for sure—his return to SmackDown next week is guaranteed to bring excitement.
