Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield is all settled in his role as a girl dad. The NFL star is often spotted spending time with his daughter Kova Jade, most snaps uploaded by his wife Emily.

In a recent update, Emily shared Baker’s new hangout spot with Kova, who is also lovingly called KoKo.

Filming the daughter-dad duo, Emily panned the camera on Kova’s playpen where the QB can be seen lying with his months-old daughter. Mayfield, who doesn’t respond to Emily’s questions, is adoringly staring at his daughter the whole time.

“Are you claustrophobic?” Emily asked Mayfield in the video.

Turning to Kova, she added:

“Koko is daddy in your playpen?”

Emily has continued to share cute updates featuring their daughter on social media, including ones with Mayfield. Last month, she had a cheeky response to Bucs head coach Todd Bowles saying Kova is the only one who can calm the QB down.

“The only person that can calm Baker down is his newborn,” Bowles said in his statement.

Emily, who shared the quote, added:

“Oh, I’m chopped liver?”

Before sharing their moments after Kova Jade’s birth, Baker Mayfield and his wife Emily announced their pregnancy on social media. Emily did a Q&A session on Instagram, sharing how she revealed the pregnancy to Mayfield.

As per Emily, Mayfield initially thought they were getting a new puppy, looking around the kitchen for the same before he realized.

“I’ve always felt, from a young age, that being a mom was my calling. I just can’t wait to raise her with Bake & see him as a dad. He’s already such a softy… I think he’ll be the best girl dad,” Emily wrote.

In a press conference, Mayfield admitted to being in shock about the same:

“A girl dad. I’m going to be wrapped around her finger. Just completely screwed.”

Emily and Mayfield have been together since 2017 and tied the knot in 2019. They were engaged six months into their relationship.
