On the September 27, 2024, episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill appeared on the video vignette, where they officially revealed that they are the hosts of the upcoming 2024 Bad Blood PLE.
With both being announced as the hosts, here we take a look at the top five reasons why they are hosting the 2024 Bad Blood PLE.
Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill’s split could happen at the major show. Cargill might have used Belair as a tool to attain maximum spotlight in the company. With Belair, they became the tag team champions twice and are now the host of Bad Blood. At this stage, Cargill would have thought of ending her bond with Belair, as she no longer needs the help of Belair.
Belair and Cargill failed to get featured in the Bad Blood match card, as the show is already filled with the traditional five-match card. With the tag team champions hosting the PLE, they have the power to make decisions. With the power in hand, they could announce themself into a tag team match at the major event, as the sixth match.
There has been a big rumor that Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill could potentially split after losing their titles and turn into one of the biggest rivals. At this stage, Belair and Cargill hosting a big PLE could be to mark their final time as a tag team, before they split and turn into the singles wrestlers.
Both Belair and Cargill despite being the tag team champions for the second time, haven’t got much screen space on WWE tapings. They had very minimal screen time and that too in the backstage segments or interviews, which likely diminished their appearance on WWE TV. At this stage, hosting a PLE could get them some screen time and gain the spotlight in important events.
Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill while announcing themselves as the host of Bad Blood revealed that they will be bringing a VIP guest to the show. They could be hosting a VIP Lounge on the show. Belair and Cargill could bring Cardi B or Magon Thee Stallion as the VIP guests for the show. Belair and Cargill hosting a show featuring a big VIP rapper could add more stakes to the event.
