Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T was asked about the segment, and co-host Brad Gilmore noted that Jeremy Borash was involved with it.

“Jeremy Borash has been doing some damn good work. You guys are seeing the work. You may not know it’s Jeremy’s work, but a lot of the stuff that has been done for the CW and all the changing of the shows going to new networks and whatnot, Jeremy’s had a huge influence and handprint on actually getting that done. He has been doing such a hell of a job, just like this thing with Roman and Cody. Such a hell of a job. How good was it? It was damn good,” Booker T said.

Booker T went on to praise the promo itself, as he noted that Reigns and Rhodes sold the match.

Fightful Select previously reported that Borash produced the segment with Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.
