Cody Rhodes has become one of the most important figures in the wrestling world over the last few months. Now, the star’s decided to send a message before an appearance.

The American Nightmare is already set for a big SmackDown, as he will likely interact with Roman Reigns before the two end up teaming together against the Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline at Bad Blood. The Undisputed WWE Champion has been the most consistent star for a while, getting wins when it matters the most. However, his moves outside the ring have not been as consistent. The star has found himself in a situation where he is partnering with the star that has caused him the most problems over the past two years – Roman Reigns.

This also comes much to the consternation of his erstwhile allies – Kevin Owens and Randy Orton. Both stars have been heavily involved in helping him over the past 9 months in his quest against Reigns, and later, The Bloodline. Naturally, they’ve not been happy to find him partnering with the star now.

Now, Cody Rhodes has sent a message to Nashville before SmackDown. On the day of SmackDown, he will be doing huge appearance promoting the Wheatley American Vodka in Nashville. There will be a meet and greet as well as an autograph opportunity from the star.

Cody Rhodes has kept a good attitude despite having the weight of the world on his shoulders

While Cody Rhodes has been behaving like nothing is wrong, the star has quite a lot of pressure to contend with. Not only does the star have a target on his back at the moment, given the pressure that he’s dealing with as the champion, but he also has to deal with the fact that Kevin Owens and Randy Orton are not really happy with him.

While there seems to be hints of a heel turn, given the animosity that Owens has already shown, it remains to be seen what happens next as things continue for the star.
