Let’s start at the top, shall we? Yup! Devin Booker and his relationships have always been at the top of the headlines. From socialite, Jordyn Woods, supermodel, Kendall Jenner, to more recently, alleged beau, Christina Nadin – the Saudi Arabian-born model and influencer; the list might be short, but the impact is up there! Oh yeah, before I forget, the US Olympian gymnast, Sunisa Lee, was also in the limelight because of that one photo Book shared on his IG stories.
But none hit as hard as the Booker-Jenner saga, does it? On that note, shall we take a quick walk down DBook’s relationship timeline before we bid adieu to the ‘City of Love’ for good? Come on, there are at least a few still giddy with Team USA’s performance in the Paris Olympics. Or should we say, the Dream Team 2.0?
When Book got caught in the Woods
Jordyn Woods, perhaps now more popularly known as the girlfriend of Timberwolves star, Karl-Anthony Towns, was part of Devin’s life in 2018. Kylie Jenner’s best friend at the time, Woods was often seen around the Kardashian-Jenner family. Ironically, the Jordyn-Booker link-up happened after the pair were spotted on a double date with Kendall Jenner and her then-NBA boyfriend, Ben Simmons.
However, the whole thing came to a standstill when Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian’s then-boyfriend and the father of her two children, reportedly kissed Jordyn at a house party in Los Angeles in 2019. Needless to say, this soured things between the Kardashian-Jenners and Woods. Although the 26-year-old explained her side of the story during an episode of The Red Table with Jada Pinkett Smith, it seems like her friendship with Kylie and the rest of the family was beyond repair.
What about Devin Booker, though? Fortunately for the 2x Olympic gold medalist, the pair had ended their relationship by the time this happened. But it seems like the time he spent with Woods was time well-spent. Because not too long after, the DK ship took off.
DBook steps up his game with Kendall Jenner
Booker will always be known for his relationship with the eldest of the Jenner siblings, Kendall Jenner. The Kardashian-Jenners are one of the most high-profile celebrities in the world. Yeah, you don’t need us to tell you about them, now, do you? The very first time the pair were spotted publicly together was in Sedona, Arizona on a road trip, in April 2020, per TMZ Sports. Of course, sources close to them insisted that they were just friends and they were out for some much-needed air in the middle of the COVID quarantine.
Well, as is the case with anyone Kendall is dating, fans and media kept a close eye on the happenings in the Jenner mansion. And they were not in vain. Multiple times throughout the year, the two were spotted with the popular socialite and her family and friends. Forward to 2021, and Devin Booker had an all-too-obvious reaction to one of the more hottest posts of the 28-year-old. Sharing a photo of Kendall sunbathing, the Suns’ star guard captioned, “Whew,” followed by a panting emoji. The post in question:
This was in early January. The adorable couple broke the much-awaited news by going Instagram official on Valentine’s Day. A slew of lovey-dovey photos followed on both of their IG stories following them going official with their relationship. A fairly private person, Kendall couldn’t help but gush about her boyfriend at every opportunity. In a September episode of The Late Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jenner opened up about how easily Booker fit in with her family.
“He loves them! Him and Stormi [Stormi Webster – daughter of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott] have an amazing relationship. She has the biggest crush on him and I’m, like, jealous sometimes,” Kendall said jokingly. However, after attending the wedding of sister, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker in Italy, Entertainment Tonight in June 2022, reported that the pair were taking some time apart.
Interestingly, a month after the news, they were reportedly back again, having worked out through whatever issues plagued them. Yet, all good things must come to an end, we suppose, because in late November 2023, every hope of a patch-up was over. Until February 2024, that is. Sources close to the pair revealed that they were taking things slow. But there has never really been a confirmation from either side.
But Kendall might want to make up her mind soon, because…
Devin Booker might have found an oasis in the middle of the desert
The most recent relationship rumors swirling around the 4x All-Star are related to a Saudi Arabian-born model, Christina Nadin. Born in 1995, Nadin is of mixed ethnicity. Her mother is from the Philippines while her father is Irish-British. Although she was born in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, the social media influencer spent her early years in Buckinghamshire, England. But at the age of three, she moved to Los Angeles with her family.
Now, this is where it gets complicated. The popular model was in a relationship with Kendall’s long-time close friend, rapper, and DJ, Travis Bennett, a.k.a, Taco. Some of you might be familiar with him thanks to his acting stunt in the FXX comedy series, Dave. The whole Booker-Nadin situation caught fire in January, with a bathroom selfie, allegedly from Devin’s bathroom, opening a whole can of worms.
The fact that Travis and Kendall, followed by Jenner faithful, Hailey Bieber, and Kim Kardashian unfollowed her and DBook on IG doesn’t help the speculations either. Of course, nothing has been confirmed from either side as of yet. But, stay tuned to ES for updates as they come in.
