Djokovic and Alcaraz Star in Thrilling Promo for 6 Kings Slam in Riyadh—Who Will Claim Tennis’s Biggest Prize?

A five-minute promotional video featuring the participants of the 6 Kings Slam event has been released ahead of the event.

Stars of the Open showdown: Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz set for epic battle

Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev and Holger Rune will take to the court in Riyadh next month with the highest prize money in tennis history on the line.

The high-budget film directed by Los Perez sees the competing stars do battle across various historical scenes with production values rivalling that of a Hollywood blockbuster.

The promo follows the format of each participant featuring in various historical scenes with various nods to their nationalities and play styles peppered in throughout.

2024 Wimbledon winner Alcaraz features first as the 21-year-old battles an android on a court suspended over the desert sands.

The six players featuring in next month's 6 Kings Slam have featured in an epic promotional video for the event
The Saudi-based exhibition will feature the largest prize money ever offered in tennis

Next to feature is World No 1 Sinner as a renaissance sculptor, followed by Dane Holger Rune who stands at the helm of a Viking longboat, splitting the ocean with a return.

Medvedev comes next, emerging atop a bear before the scene switches to a clay-golem Nadal in a nod to his dominance on the surface.

Djokovic is last to feature, with his involvement setting the scene for a court emblazoned in fire as the Riyadh skyline features in the background.

Though the event is officially classified as an exhibition and will offer no ATP ranking points, the lucrative sums as stakes offer a motivation all their own for the star-studded lineup.

The winner in Riyadh will bank an eye-watering £4.5m, nearly double the previous record

Each of the six men to feature are guaranteed a minimum £1.12million for their involvement, a sum that vastly exceeds that given to losing semi-finalists at this year’s Wimbledon.

The winner meanwhile will take home an eye-watering £4.5million, nearly twice as much as the previous highest awarded to 2024 US Open winner Sinner.
