Taylor Swift is dating NFL team Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. The global superstar has been regularly attending NFL games supporting her boyfriend from the stadium. Former NFL star Kyle Long attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour kickoff at Hard Rock Stadium in Florida, but his evening didn’t go as planned. He took to X to share his frustration about someone occupying their seats.
“Hey (Hard Rock Stadium), my wife and I bought tickets for the Swift show tonight, and we got here and someone is sitting in our seats – they won’t leave. My wife is gonna go bananas shortly. Just getting your security ahead of it,” Long posted.
Hard Rock Stadium responded to Long, and it seemed they found a resolution.
Long takes everyone through the situation
On Saturday morning, Long elaborated on the situation: “Seats when we arrived to the suite. It was actually a few moms with young girls. Can’t really go up there and strong arm that crowd. We contacted the customer experience team, and they told us there is a first come first serve policy on these seats. It’s criminal, to be honest.”
He mentioned his challenges due to multiple leg injuries that prevent him from standing for long periods. “We needed seating, so I contacted ticket service and they relocated us to seats in the club level – which was a great solution but in no way equal to my investment in suite tix.”
Despite the rocky start, Long praised Swift’s performance and joked about her fitness level: “Taylor Swift concert is a marathon for the viewers; she must run routes with Travis in the offseason. She’s off the charts impressive. She has more time on task than Travis Hunter on a Saturday.”

Fans spotted the retired NFL player and Kylie arriving at Hard Rock Stadium with their two children, Wyatt (4) and Elliotte (3). While Jason and Kylie had previously attended two of Swift’s shows, it was Donna’s first time at the Eras Tour.
