Former WWE Superstar Dubs Chelsea Green with a New Nickname After Her Dumpster Match Defeat

WWE Superstar Chelsea Green has faced a lot of humiliation following her recent Dumpster match loss against Mia Yim on SmackDown. Although The Hot Mess made history by fighting the company’s first-ever dumpster match on the blue brand, the locker room hasn’t been good to her ever since. Now, former WWE star and Green’s husband, Matt Cardona has also commented.

The former Zack Ryder was with WWE from 2005 to 2020. The star is a former United States Champion and has made a name for himself on the independent scene, winning multiple titles. Chelsea and Cardona got married on December 31, 2021.

While the pro wrestling couple is always seen showering love on each other, Cardona recently gave his wife an embarrassing nickname via a post on X/Twitter.

“Smellsea Green (Yes, I’m using a picture of my hot WWF Diva wife covered in trash for more social media interaction),” wrote Cardona.

While Matt Cardona just engaged in some playful banter with Chelsea Green, she has seemingly been abandoned by her longtime friend Piper Niven, when the latter refused to leave with her during the Bad Blood VIP lounge party.

NXT star Arianna Grace has extended her support for the 33-year-old following her loss. The second-generation wrestler recently added a post on X/Twitter and talked about how disgusted she felt after taking her kitchen trash out.

Looking down on the menial job, Grace said that she couldn’t imagine what Green went through in the Dumpster match and sent her prayers to The Hot Mess.

“I literally just had to tie up my kitchen garbage bag, what I like to call a ‘blue job’ … and I can’t help but think about what went thru yesterday…. Praying for you sister,” she wrote.

Embracing Grace’s words with open arms, Green reacted to the tweet and thanked the star.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Green following her loss to Mia Yim.
