The tournament, which will take place from October 16 to 19, has gathered some of the biggest names in tennis, including Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, Rafael Nadal, and Holger Rune.

Sinner’s exceptional form this year, highlighted by his recent Shanghai title, has made him a fan favorite. His arrival in Saudi Arabia was met with enthusiasm from local supporters eager to witness top-tier tennis action.

Ranked world no.1, the Italian played his last match on the 13th of October when he defeated world no.4 Novak Djokovic 7-6(4) 6-3 in the final in Shanghai to win his 18th career title.

Until now, during this year Sinner has managed to achieve a composed 65-6 match record. The Italian clinched 7 titles in 2024 at the Australian Open, Rotterdam, Miami, Halle, Cincinnati, U.S. Open and Shanghai. The Italian reached the final in Beijing.

Sinner is scheduled to play next in Paris (Rolex Paris Masters). He will start from the main draw that will commence on the 28th of October.
