John Cena Bites Back After The Rock’s Insult On WWE Return

John Cena had a reminder for The Rock.

At Bad Blood, The Rock made his return to WWE and despite doing very little, he managed to set the rumour mill on fire. Following the main event, the Great One appeared at the top of the ramp raised an eyebrow, gave a countdown on his fingers and a cut-throat gesture, and left.

However, he went live on Instagram immediately and took aim at just about everyone in sight. While listening to ZZ Top and drinking his Teremana tequila the Hollywood megastar said he loves Dusty Rhodes but hates his son before blasting WWE “bullsh*t” before John Cena also caught a stray during the onslaught.

After seeing Cena’s face on the side of a production truck Rock said “Go eat some Fruity Pebbles.” A reference to a promo from back in 2013 when he told Cena he looked like a bowl of Fruity Pebbles during their feud.

Following the taunt, Cena has now taken to Instagram to share a photo of the famous cereal, just to remind The Rock that he’s there.

Cena and The Rock last came face to face at WrestleMania 40, where the 16-time World Champion was on the receiving end of a Rock Bottom during the wild main event between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.

John Cena is expected to return to WWE on the January 6th episode of Raw when the red brand premieres on Netflix. The veteran has already announced that he’ll retire at the end of 2025 after a year-long retirement tour.
