Savannah James took to her social media to tell her fans how important it is to take a rest in life. She shared a story on her Instagram that spoke against glorifying “exhaustion” and fought for “rest.” The post said, “Rest is a radical act of self-love in a world that glorifies exhaustion.”
Savannah even wrote that taking rest was something that her soul deserves and this is something she will start doing. “If that’s one thing I am going to do…. My soul deserves it,” written in Savannah’s story.
The couple knows the importance of rest in their lives and the Lakers star till now has been consistent in his take on proper rest that would then recharge him and take care of his body.
According to ABC News, James had revealed that he sleeps 8-10 hours a day. It helps him recharge for the next day. He also mentioned that taking proper rest helps him recover physically and emotionally. Despite playing for over two decades, Savannah has seen closely how proper rest has helped LeBron keep in proper shape.

Savannah James has opted to stay away from being on the camera and despite being the wife of NBA superstar LeBron James, she has kept her life private. There was a lot about Savannah that people didn’t know about.
