Logan Paul and Kevin Nash recently got involved in an online altercation. It started with the WWE Hall of Famer criticizing The Maverick over the latter’s lack of knowledge of common wrestling terms and also his schedule as compared to other top stars. Paul was also quick to respond with an insulting reply.
Speaking on his recent Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross pointed out that it shouldn’t have been made public as it helped no one. He added that the talent involved must be careful about such things. The AEW commentator further stated that Paul must focus on his work instead of picking fights.
“It shouldn’t have been made public, I don’t think. Who did it help? It didn’t help Logan Paul. And I don’t know that it helped WWE. We’re talking about it, so maybe it did, and we’re just not acknowledging it. But I would have probably preferred, if I was involved in talent relations. […] The talent should be smart enough not to light fires that they can’t address. In other words, they’re shooting an angle that’ll never happen. And that’s a waste of time. There’s a million things Logan Paul, who’s still trying to get over – and he’s a h*ll of a hand – but he’s still. […] I don’t know how it helps everybody. It shows you where Logan Paul’s head is,” he said.[H/T: WrestleTalk]
