Contest may only be entered by individuals in or from Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Australia, New Zealand, and the 50 United States & D.C (“Eligible Territories”) who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out herein, are selected by Sponsor and invited to participate. Individuals not residing within any of the Eligible Territories are not eligible for entry.

1.     How to Compete in the NBA 2K25 Logo Gauntlet (“Contest”).

a.     Format: Each Contest will feature six (6) teams (“Team”) and five (5) matches playing NBA® 2K25 (the “Game”) and will be conducted in an entertainment game show type format (each, a “Show”). Each Show will feature up to five (5) matches (depending on the number of Teams participating in such Show). Each Team consists of between one (1) and five (5) Contestants (as defined below), of whom one of the Contestants will be designated as the Team Captain (“Captain”). After each match, the Captain of the winning Team will decide for said Team whether to leave the Contest and retire or advance and play the next   match.  The losing Team will be eliminated. If a Team advances five (5) consecutive times, the Team will become a Logo Gauntlet Champion (“Champion”).

  • Match 1: Team 1 vs. Team 2
  • Match 2: Winner of Match 1 vs. Team 3
  • Match 3: Winner of Match 2 vs. Team 4
  • Match 4: Winner of Match 3 vs. Team 5
  • Match 5: Winner of Match 4 vs. Team 6

Champions may participate in the subsequent Show if they are available and eligible to play.

b.     Requirements: To enter the Contest, players must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 below and take the following steps:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 1. Players must (i) own or have access to the Game on PlayStation 5 (“PS5”) or Xbox Series X|S (“XBX”); (ii) have internet connection (while broadband internet access is not required, it is recommended) and (iii) own or have access to:

  1. If playing on PS5, PSN ID and PlayStation Plus service; or
  2. If playing on XBX, Xbox Gamertag and Xbox Live Gold service.

‎ ‎ ‎ 2. Players must play under the same account/PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag throughout the duration of the Contest and must play on the same platform throughout the duration of the Contest. Players suspected of using multiple accounts/PSN IDs/Xbox Gamertags or playing on multiple platforms in violation of these Official Rules will be subject to disqualification.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 3. Players must be capable and willing to livestream their point of view of the gameplay during any match on Twitch and/or YouTube during Show(s) in which they are participating as a Contestant. The livestream must capture and transmit the Contestant’s point of view of the gameplay during any match without interruption or manipulation, and must clearly disclose throughout the livestream that their gameplay is an entry in the Contest. Players are responsible for ensuring that their livestream setup allows them to stream at HD quality (720p or better) with a bitrate above 2500 Kbps) and meets any other technical specifications provided by the Sponsor in advance. These specifications may include minimum video quality, resolution, audio clarity, and stability requirements.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 4. Players must join the official NBA 2K Community Discord server, located at https://discord.gg/nba2k/.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 5. Players must complete an official interest form, located at https://nba.2k.com/2k25/logo-gauntlet/, providing their name, email, age, gender, location, social media accounts, platform (PS5 or XBX), platform name (PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag), Discord username, interested Game modes, confirmation that they have joined the official NBA 2K Community Discord server, confirmation of their capability to livestream on Twitch and/or YouTube, and confirmation of agreement to abide by these Official Rules. The interest form will be opened at designated time frames during the Contest as specified on https://nba.2k.com/2k25/logo-gauntlet/. Players suspected of providing false or misleading information in the interest form will be subject to disqualification.

Entering the Contest does not guarantee that your entry will be selected.  All Contestants will be selected by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, based on the following criteria: (1) not subject to, or have been subject to, a ban or suspension in any game or product published by Sponsor; (2) not in violation, or have been in violation, of the 2K Player Code of Conduct (https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/8353051100691), 2K Creator Code of Conduct (https://2k.com/2k-creator-rules-of-conduct/), or the Game Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US) (as may be updated from time to time); and (3) skill level, style of play, and/or entertainment value. Sponsor anticipates that it will conduct a minimum of ten Shows between September 6, 2024 and April 31, 2025, but does not guarantee that it will conduct more than one Show. Number of Shows will be determined by Sponsor.

c.     Contestant Selection: Players who meet the eligibility requirements and complete the steps described in section 1b will be invited by Sponsor to be entered into the Contestant pool. Prior to each Show, up to ten players from the Contestant pool will be selected as potential “Contestants” and be contacted and invited to participate in that Show’s matches.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 6. 2K Games, Inc. (“Sponsor”) reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct background checks on players and potential Contestants including, but not limited to, checks on the ban or suspension history of potential Contestants in any game or product published by Sponsor such as violations of the 2K Player Code of Conduct (https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/8353051100691), 2K Creator Code of Conduct (https://2k.com/2k-creator-rules-of-conduct/), or the Game Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US) violations of potential Contestants. Potential Contestants must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonably required to facilitate such background checks. Failure to comply with this requirement and/or assist Sponsor to conduct such background check may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Contestant (time permitting). Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify a potential Contestant based on the results of such background check, if the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that allowing that individual to participate in the Contest or awarding them a prize might reflect negatively on the Contest, Sponsor, and/or the NBA Entities (as defined below). Factors that may result in disqualification, include, without limitation, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor, or any other criminal or civil offense as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or, if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that awarding a prize to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Contest, Sponsor, and/or the NBA Entities.

d.     Notification: Prior to each Show, a Sponsor representative will attempt to contact the potential Contestants via email message using the address provided by the potential Contestant when completing the official interest form, via email message using the address provided by the potential Contestant when signing up for a 2K Account, via Discord message using the Discord username provided by the potential Contestant when completing the official interest form, through in-game messaging and/or through the console user interface.

Potential Contestants must take the following steps:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 7. Potential Contestants must respond to Sponsor’s invitation within 24 hours of notification unless Sponsor has designated another time frame. If a potential Contestant does not respond within the time frame designated by Sponsor, or does not comply with these Official Rules in the sole opinion of Sponsor, such potential Contestant’s may forfeit their spot in the Contest and Sponsor may award the spot to a new player (time permitting).

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 8. Potential Contestants must provide confirmation of their availability to attend that Show’s technical check, rehearsal, and filming, at the times Sponsor designates. All times are subject to change. It is each potential Contestant’s responsibility to frequently check their email messages with the Sponsor to be informed of any updates to the Show schedules.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 9. Potential Contestants must provide confirmation that they will livestream their point of view of the gameplay during their matches and clearly disclose that the livestream is an entry in the Contest, as described in section 1b.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 10. Potential Contestants must provide confirmation of their desire to play in that Show’s Game mode, to be designated by the Sponsor.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 11. If that Show’s designated Game mode requires Teams of more than one Contestant, Potential Contestants will be matched with other Potential Contestants who have entered the same ‘Team Code’ on their official interest form (each, a “Teammate”). Each potential Teammate must meet the requirements and complete the steps described in section 1b if they have not already done so. They will also be subject to the background checks in section 1c. Upon verification of eligibility by Sponsor and compliance with these Official Rules and all the requirements included herein, their potential Teammate status will be changed to potential Teammate Contestant. The potential Contestant will be designated as the Team’s Captain.

Upon verification of eligibility by Sponsor and compliance with these Official Rules and all of the requirements included herein, the potential Contestant’s status and the potential Teammate Contestant’s status will be changed to Contestant, and all will be eligible to compete as a Team.

2. Eligibility. Participation open only to legal residents of the Eligible Territories who are at least 18 years of age and have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (For clarity, the ages of majority for various jurisdictions are as follows: (i) Alabama – 19; (ii) Nebraska – 19; (iii) Mississippi – 21; (iv) Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Prince Edward Island – 18; (v) British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut – 19). Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees, officers and directors of 2K Games, Inc., NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association, the Women’s National Basketball Association, NBA Media Ventures LLC, NBA TV LLC, (collectively “the NBA Entities”) (current and past NBA & WNBA players are not considered employees and are eligible to enter), the National Basketball Players Association, the Women’s National Basketball Players Association, the National Football League Players Association (as licensing agents for the Women’s National Basketball Players Association), the NBA 2K League (current and past players are not considered employees and are eligible to enter), Microsoft Corporation, Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC, Twitch Interactive, Inc., Alphabet Inc., Discord (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Contest materials and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, national and local laws and regulations.

3. Gameplay & Conduct Rules. Contestants must strictly adhere to all gameplay guidelines and these Official Rules or risk the possibility of disqualification. The following rules apply to all Contestants and matches:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 1. Matches will be played on Game servers based in the United States, unless otherwise permitted by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to select a Game server in a different region at its sole discretion.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 2. Matches will be played using game settings determined by Sponsor. This includes but is not limited to the difficulty level, settings such as controller settings (e.g. Shot Meter Enabled vs. Disabled), player positions and matchups, and quarter length.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 3. Contestants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor to competitors and to other Contestants of the Contest. Contestants or Teams who engage in or encourage unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening conduct or violate any rule that would provide them with an unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. Contestants must adhere to family-friendly standards and avoid using any form of obscene, indecent, or profane language. This includes, but is not limited to, language that depicts or describes sexual conduct in an offensive manner, offensive expletives or cursing, vulgar and irreverent language, and/or language that portrays sexual or excretory organs or activities in a patently offensive manner. Contestants or Teams who violate the Microsoft Services Agreement, the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement, the Twitch Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, the Discord Terms of Service, or any other terms of use for the platforms may be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Official Rules or the Contest and the Sponsor’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. Sponsor may prohibit a Contestant or Team from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, Sponsor determines that said Contestant or Team is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Contestants or Sponsor’s representatives.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 4. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the score or points of a match, including in the event of computer or technical issues. Additionally, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Contestant for any reason. This decision could be made based on the Sponsor’s judgment that the game reported the result incorrectly or the Contestants tampered with the game software or hardware to manipulate the reported score or points.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 5. Contestants may be disqualified if Sponsor detects that the Contestant did not complete a match by quitting, powering down, disconnecting from the internet, or excessive penalties. In the event that all Contestants on a Team disconnect from the Game server at any point during a match, a decision will be made by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to do one of the following:

  1. Match will be played again with the score and points of the disconnecting match considered. Teams will work with Sponsor to recreate the score or points of the disconnecting match, to be the best of Sponsor’s ability.
  2. Match will be restarted and played again with no previous score or points of the disconnecting match considered.
  3. Disconnecting Team will be deemed the loser of that match, regardless of whether such disconnection is intentional and/or is the fault of the disconnecting Team, or caused by other reasons not attributable to Sponsor.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 6. By agreeing to these Official Rules and participating in the Contest as a Contestant, Contestants grant Sponsor the absolute right and permission to stream, film, photograph, reproduce, transmit, record, and/or show Contestant and/or highlights from the Contest and/or any post-game coverage, including Contestant’s name, appearance, voice, conversations, sounds, performances and other likeness included therein (collectively, the “Stream”), throughout the world, in any and all media now known or hereafter created, including, but not limited to any and all broadcast, digital and Internet media, including, but not limited to, 2K-owned livestreams and 2KTV and Sponsor’s websites, third party sites, and social media channels, including, without limitation, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitch (collectively, “Sponsor’s Social Media Channels”).

Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Gameplay Rules at any time and will provide notice to each Show’s Contestants of such changes.

4. Game Modes. Matches for each Show will be played in one of the following potential Game Modes, selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion:

  1. For matches played in the ‘MyCAREER: MyCOURT 1v1’ Game mode, each Team will consist of one (1) Contestant. Contestants may use any one (1) MyPLAYER Build for each match throughout the Contest, and may be “locked” into their MyPLAYER Builds throughout the Contest.
  2. For matches played in the ‘MyCAREER: MyCOURT 2v2’ Game mode, each Team will consist of two (2) Contestants. Contestants may use any one (1) MyPLAYER Build for each match throughout the Contest, and maybe “locked” into their MyPLAYER Builds throughout the Contest.
  3. For matches played in the ‘MyCAREER: MyCOURT 3v3’ Game mode, each Team will consist of three (3) Contestants. Contestants may use any one (1) MyPLAYER Build for each match throughout the Contest, and maybe “locked” into their MyPLAYER Builds throughout the Contest.
  4. For matches played in the ‘MyTEAM: Triple Threat Park’ Game mode, each Team will consist of three (3) Contestants. Contestants may use any one (1) Player Card from their MyTEAM Collection for each match throughout the Contest, and may be “locked” into their Player Card throughout the Contest.
  5. For matches played in the ‘MyTEAM: Play With Friends 3v3’ Game mode, each Team will consist of one (1) Contestant. Contestants may use any combination of any three (3) Player Cards from their MyTEAM Collection in their Lineup for each match throughout the Contest, and may be “locked” into their Player Cards throughout the Contest.
  6. For matches played in the ‘Play Now: Quick Play’ Game mode, each Team will consist of one (1) Contestant. Contestants may use any one (1) Controlled Team for each match throughout the Contest, and may be “locked” into their Controlled Team throughout the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, add, or remove potential Game Modes at any time.

5. Prizes. The prizes for each Contest are as follows:

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 1. The Captain on a Team that becomes a Champion will receive the following prizes:

  1. 350,000 Virtual Currency (“VC”)
  2. One (1) MyPLAYER Build max potential unlock on a MyCAREER save slot of the Contestant’s choice, which increases the overall potential of the MyPLAYER Build in that MyCAREER save slot to 99 OVR. Contestants may choose any MyCAREER save slot on the same 2K Account they competed in the Contest with. Contestants must inform Sponsor of their choice within 96 hours of becoming a Champion to receive this prize.
  3. One (1) Unauctionable MyTEAM Player Card of the Contestant’s choice, selected from Player Cards obtainable in the NBA® 2K25 MyTEAM Pack Market, excluding unreleased Hidden Gem cards. The selected MyTEAM Player Card will be added to the same 2K Account the Contestant competed in the Contest with. Contestants must inform Sponsor of their choice within 96 hours of becoming a Champion to receive this prize.
  4. In-Game ‘2K Logo’ badge/icon will be added to the same 2K Account the Contestant competed with in the Contest.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 2. Each Contestant on a Team that becomes a Champion will receive 150,000 Virtual Currency (“VC”).

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 3. Each Contestant on a Team that wins four (4) consecutive matches and loses the next match will receive 20,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 4. Each Contestant on a Team that wins four (4) consecutive matches and leaves the show will receive 150,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 5. Each Contestant on a Team that wins three (3) consecutive matches and loses the next match will receive 20,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 6. Each Contestant on a Team that wins three (3) consecutive matches and leaves the show will receive 100,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 7. Each Contestant on a Team that wins two (2) consecutive matches and loses the next match will receive 20,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 8. Each Contestant on a Team that wins two (2) consecutive matches and leaves the show will receive 50,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 9. Each Contestant on a Team that wins one (1) match and loses the next match will receive 20,000 VC.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ 10. Each Contestant on a Team that wins one (1) match and leaves the show will receive 10,000 VC.

FOR ALL VC PRIZES: VC prizes will be added to the same 2K Account the Contestant competed with in the Contest. VC has no value outside of the Game.

FOR BADGE/ICON PRIZE: Winners understand that this portion of the prize can be revoked by Sponsor at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited, if a winner violates the 2K Player Code of Conduct (https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/8353051100691), 2K Creator Code of Conduct (https://2k.com/2k-creator-rules-of-conduct/), or the Game Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US) or otherwise or if Sponsor determines possession of the badge/icon by the winner may reflect unfavorably on the Contest, Sponsor, and/or the NBA Entities.

FOR ALL PRIZES: The ability to win a prize depends on skill in gameplay. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. If any prize or prize notification messages are returned as undeliverable, or a winning Contestant does not respond in the time frame required by Sponsor, or rejects his/her prize (or any part thereof), or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules or Contest requirements, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. All federal, state, national and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are a winner’s responsibility. Prizes are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges of any prize will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize for any reason. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Collection of Information. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and any applicable laws. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/. The Contest is hosted on servers in the United States, and the personal information you provide may therefore also be subject to the laws of the United States. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Contestants may be asked by Sponsor to complete a survey after their participation in the Contest.

7. General Release (not applicable to United Kingdom Contestants). BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, AND SUBJECT TO ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE GUARANTEES, ALL PLAYERS, CONTESTANTS, AND WINNERS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAWS, RELEASE THE SPONSOR, THE NBA ENTITIES, ALL OTHER CONTEST PARTIES, AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SPONSORS, AND AGENTS, INCLUDING ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, MORAL DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH, PREPARATION FOR, TRAVEL TO, OR PARTICIPATION IN CONTEST OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF MORAL RIGHTS), TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY-RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION, AND AGREE NOT TO MAKE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES IN RESPECT THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION (I) ANY CONDITION CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL THAT MAY CAUSE THE CONTEST TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED; (II) ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, ILLNESS, LITIGATION OR DAMAGES (COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE) OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY ENTRANT’S OWN NEGLIGENCE ARISING OR RESULTING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE AWARDING, DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE, POSSESSION, LOSS OR MISDIRECTION OF A PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR IN ANY ACTIVITY OR TRAVEL RELATED THERETO OR FROM ANY INTERACTION WITH, OR DOWNLOADING OF, COMPUTER CONTEST INFORMATION.

United Kingdom Contestants only:

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability: (i) for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of that person or their employees, agents or other representatives; (ii) for fraud; or (iii) for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law.

Except as stated in the above paragraph, and to the extent permissible by law, the Sponsor and other Released Parties will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any Contestant or other person as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the Contest and/or receipt or use of a Prize in circumstances where: (i) there has been no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the Contestant or other person by the Sponsor or other Released Parties; (ii) it was not obvious that the Contestant or other person would suffer such loss or damage and nothing they said to the Sponsor or other Released Parties before entering the Contest meant that the Sponsor or other Released Parties should have expected it to happen (so, in the law, the loss was “unforeseeable”); (iii) the Contestant or other person could have avoided the loss or damage by taking reasonable action; and/or (iv) the loss or damage was caused by an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor and/or other Released Parties. In addition, the Contest is only open to consumers and therefore the Sponsor and other Released Parties are not responsible for any business losses that may be suffered by the Contestant or other person, such as loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill.

8. General Conditions. By entering the Contest, all players accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In case of dispute of the identity of any player, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the 2K Account and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Players must keep their email address information up to date and inform Sponsor of any changes of the relevant email address. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to player’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Released Parties are not responsible forerrors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the filming of the Show, the announcement of the prize(s) or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend any Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners based on gameplay up until such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any websites, platforms or consoles associated with this Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an player from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said player is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including but not limited to the use of automated entry programs, the use of automated entry devices, playing through the use of multiple 2K Accounts or 2K Sports accounts, or by participating in, or benefiting from, a syndicate, group or block playing process or system), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players, players or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITES, PLATFORMS OR CONSOLES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Additional Conditions. Except where prohibited by law, each Contestant grants the Released Parties the unconditional, perpetual and worldwide right and/or license to use the Contestant’s name, address (city or county and state/province/territory only), likeness, photograph, biographical information, Team roster/logo/name and prize information (if any) statements about the Contest for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes and/or livestream during their Contest matches without additional compensation, in any media now known or hereafter invented, including but not limited to, on any and all Internet media, including Sponsor’s web sites and Sponsor’s Social Media Channels, and in-game on 2KTV, and via livestream (including, but not limited to, any 2K-owned livestreams) of the Contest, and hereby releases the Released Parties from any liability with respect thereto. Sponsor has the right to use all of the Contestant’s MyCAREER or MyTEAM team names, logos and uniforms in its advertising, marketing and publicity materials, in its sole and absolute discretion. In addition, Sponsor has the right to require a player to change a MyCAREER or MyTEAM team name, logo and/or uniform if such name, logo or uniform is deemed inappropriate or could violate the right of any third party, including, but not limited, to copyright, trademark or right of publicity or privacy, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Failure to comply with Sponsor’s request to change team name, logo and/or uniform in a timely manner may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

10. Disputes (excluding United Kingdom Contestants). Except where prohibited by law: (a) As a condition of participating in this Contest, player agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between any of the Released Parties and player or his/her representatives, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; (b) Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will player be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than player’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering this Contest), and player further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased; and (c) The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, in the City of New York, County of New York, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This promotion is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Disputes Section of these Official Rules, shall take place in the courts of the State of New York, in the City of New York, County of New York.

Nothing in these Official Rules shall deprive any Contestant who is a resident of the United Kingdom of any rights that they may have under the mandatory laws of their home country. Contestants who are residents of the United Kingdom shall be entitled to bring and defend claims in their home courts.

12. Miscellaneous. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision herein shall not affect in any way the validity and enforceability of any other provision in these Official Rules. Entrant’s participation in the Contest is also subject to the 2K Games’ Terms of Use available at https://www.take2games.com/legal/.

IN THE EVENT THERE IS A DISCREPANCY OR INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN DISCLOSURES OR OTHER STATEMENTS CONTAINED IN ANY CONTEST MATERIALS AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES, THE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL PREVAIL, GOVERN AND CONTROL.

13. Winners List; Rules Request. For a copy of the Winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope before August 31, 2025 to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn: The NBA 2K25 Logo Gauntlet Champions List. Inquiries from Canada and the United Kingdom may omit the return postage. Sponsor shall post the Champions list on the Contest Site located at https://nba.2k.com/2k25/logo-gauntlet/ by August 31, 2025. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules, visit the Contest Site.

Any United Kingdom Contestant may request that the amount of information about them published in the way described above be reduced, by contacting the Sponsor using the contact details above. In these circumstances, the Contestant acknowledges that the Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the Contestant’s entry, to the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if the Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes.
