The wife of Patrick Mahomes re-posted a video shared by her fitness instructor, Kirsty Rae, to her Instagram Story on Monday.
In the short clip, Brittany, 29, was seen wearing a black bodysuit and white sneakers while using a cable crossover machine attached to her ankle to strengthen her booty.
“Many women experience what’s called ‘mom butt’ during and after pregnancy, which happens when the glutes lose shape and muscle mass,” the trainer captioned the video.
“This is often due to changes in posture and how we move as our bodies adjust to pregnancy,” Rae explained.
However, the wellness coach declared that “it doesn’t have to be that way.”
“By focusing on glute engagement and maintaining strength training, you can actually continue to build muscle,” Rae said. “It’s all about proper movement, posture, and progressive overload.”
Earlier this month, Brittany gave a glimpse inside her pregnancy workout session with the fit fanatic and her fellow Kansas City Chiefs WAG, Lyndsay Bell.
The expectant mom of three was seen using a barbell and doing squats, as well as other arm workouts.
Brittany, a former soccer player, has been very passionate about staying in shape.
She even revealed the secret to her toned physique after flaunting her muscles for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in May.
“People have asked me a lot what I did in the gym to get ‘Swimsuit Ready’. Fun fact – I shot for @si_swimsuit on literally a week’s notice 🤪,” she captioned a video of her working out at the time.
“I always preach that staying consistent in the gym and fueling my body well is what helps me be the best version of myself year-round, not just during swimsuit season!”
Her “simple but effective” routine typically consists of single-leg deadlifts, curtsey lunges and hip thrusts.
Brittany and the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, revealed that she is pregnant and expecting a baby girl in July.
The high school sweethearts, who tied the knot in March 2022, already share two kids: daughter Sterling Sky, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 1.
