R-TruthandThe Mizfinally faced each other in a match today after the latter betrayed R-Truth a couple of weeks ago. The Miz walked out on R-Truth during a tag team match and did not regret his actions at all. On tonight’s episode ofRAW, R-Truth was out for revenge as he faced his former teammate in a grudge match.Both wrestlers just stood in the middle of the ring and stared at each other once the match started.After a few minutes of inaction, Karion Kross walked out with his faction and The Miz got distracted. R-Truth used this distraction to his advantage and rolled up Miz to get the win. The latter believes that Truth’s actions have eliminated him as a good guy, let’s take a look at what Miz had to say after the match:“I looked him in the eye, said okay, let’s do this match. You know what’s gonna happen. We’re gonna blow the roof off in St. Louis and then we’re gonna go our separate ways. You’re gonna go do your comedy stuff and I’m gonna go back to being the Grand Slam Champion that I am,”“And what happened Jackie? I shook his hand and he got me? Is that what a good guy does, Jackie? The Miz may claim that R-Truth is a bad guy, but in reality he is the one who attacked him while he had his guard down. After Truth got the win, it seemed like he was enjoying himself and only doing it for the laughs. However, The Miz took offense and ended up planting him into the mattress with a Skull Crushing Finale.Even after taking such abuse at the hands of The Miz, Truth had nothing bad to say about him after the match. In fact, despite eating aSkull Crushing Finaleat his hands, R-Truth claimed that The Miz was still his friend. From the look of things, if anyone is putting on a ‘good guy facade’ it is The Miz himself and not R-Truth.
