A major WWE star turned heel after Bad Blood went off the air. Triple H has also acknowledged this on social media, which caused fans to give their thoughts on the matter.
For the past couple of months, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes fought side-by-side against The Bloodline. They have been put through hell by the group. Hence, it was understandable that Owens wasn’t pleased when Cody agreed to team with Roman Reigns against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood.
Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns emerged victorious at the premium live event. Additionally, after the match, Roman and Jimmy Uso, who made his return at Bad Blood, saved Cody from an assault by The Bloodline. At the close of the show, it was The American Nightmare, Jimmy Uso, and the OTC standing tall.
This probably infuriated Kevin Owens, who confronted Cody in the parking lot near his tour bus. Owens then assaulted Rhodes before driving away in his car. Following the attack, Triple H took to social media to say that he was aware of the incident and that it would be dealt with internally.
“We are aware of the incident outside of the arena last night between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens. The matter will be dealt with internally.”
