Bianca Belair has been a talent we have seen rise up the ranks of the WWE by being the premier woman on the roster. She has been featured on numerous PLE cards. She has broken a fair few records for women in the sport and already has a career worthy of a place in the Hall of Fame.
The following behind-the-scenes WWE stories shed a new light on Bianca Belair and her journey.
Before The EST would rise to significant power, it’s important to take a look back on this woman’s decorated career. From humble beginnings as a CrossFit competitor, to teaming with Jade Cargill, this is Bianca Belair’s transformation over the years.
Early Career In Power Lifting
From CrossFit To Developmental
Bianca Belair is an athlete and it is clear to see that when she was in high school she was a tremendous track and field competitor. She would reach her athletic apex when it came to her time in 2011 as a CrossFit powerlifter.
She has always had big toned arms which would set herself from most women of her height at only 5ft 7in. Unfortunately, due to a condition known as intercostal chondritis, she would have to prematurely abandon her CrossFit career in 2014. She would toss her name in the WWE prospects database as a woman of athletic ability who was looking to reenter something that would be more thrilling than phone sales. WWE noticed her potential for an in-ring career with someone who had a colorful background of athletics and would choose her to fly down to the performance center.

EarliEST Wrestling Days Of The EST
When Bianca Belair finally made her debut in a WWE ring, it was clear to see what set her apart from the others on the roster. Her gear showcased just how toned she was while not having the same muscle mass we associate with her. Now she still sported a very clearly defined physique.
She was short, but her build resembled that of a seasoned gymnast and in a world where wrestlers who look physically commanding, Bianca proves that being able to balance raw athleticism with strength commands respect in the ring.
Royal Rumble 2021 She Would Put The Woman’s Locker Room On Notice
She Would Break Records During This PLE
The Royal Rumble is a good showing of top talent in any year. It helps set up whom the focus is on for that year as well as what fans can expect from the WrestleMania that would follow the rumble.
When Bianca entered at number 3 we would see her emerge with more definition in her arms and ready to square off against the powerful Rhea Ripley. With her agility and brute strength, she would use that year’s showing to run circles around Rhea and would win to then go on to face Sasha Banks at the show of shows.
WrestleMania 37 Would Be History For Bianca
Bianca Belair’s First WrestleMania Victory
When emerging from the ramp to the ring, we would see Bianca’s shoulders broad, her arms massive, and sporting an intense 6-pack. She came ready to fight and her showing that year would reflect that. There’s something to be said about the way she lifts Sasha like she was a free weight. Years of CrossFit power lifting is what sculpts this body tone.
Elimination Chamber 2022 We Saw The Powerhouse That Is Bianca
Bianca Proves She Hasn’t Slowed Down A Bit
Bianca Belair, shown here, would hit spots that were the true test of athletics. That would be hard to pull off in succession for most wrestlers. Bianca pulls off with ease.
These WWE women have been fairly dominant in the Elimination Chamber, eliminating the most opponents from the match.
We would see her power slam, go do a moonsault off the middle rope, then go into a move that would involve her lifting Liv Morgan straight and totally upright. She is simply a powerful wrestler deserving of all of her big accomplishments on the roster.
WrestleMania 38 Would Be A Dream Match For Bianca
Bianca Beats Long-Time Rival Becky
Bianca would finally get her chance to face off against Becky Lynch after suffering a loss in a bout that lasted only 26 seconds.
The humiliation of a loss like that wouldn’t stop the EST. She would be presented in red glam and all and looking as lean as ever. Her muscle definition would provide a physical imposing stature against a wrestler like Becky Lynch. When Bianca wins the coveted title, she will power lift it over her head, and it’s a moment that truly needs to be seen.

When it comes to the current roster, there’s definitely alot of wrestlers in the women’s division that will go on to have places in the Hall of Fame. One that definitely needs to be in the conversation is the duo of Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill.
Two of the most physically toned on the roster, both men and women, Bianca, would be able to hit the high spots that require agility and the other pure brute force in Cargill. Both these women together can shred through the roster and their chemistry in and out the ring is a treat to see.
