WWE claimed on social media that Dominik Mysterio is the reason why a popular star is not a champion today. Dirty Dom is involved in a romance storyline with Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan on RAW.

The promotion took to Instagram today to share a video from last week’s edition of the red brand. Tiffany Stratton and Rhea Ripley teamed up to battle Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in a tag team match in the main event of last week’s show. WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax interfered, and Stratton was almost able to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on Morgan, but Mysterio dragged the 30-year-old out of the ring just in time.

The company shared footage of Mysterio dragging Morgan out of the ring and noted that The Buff Barbie would be champion today if it wasn’t for The Judgment Day star’s actions.

Dominik Mysterio was trapped inside a shark cage during the Women’s World Championship match between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley earlier this month at Bad Blood.

Raquel Rodriguez made her shocking return to the company at the premium live event after spending several months on hiatus and attacked Ripley to end the bout via disqualification.

Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently shared his thoughts on Dominik Mysterio preventing Tiffany Stratton from winning the Women’s World Championship last week on RAW.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s Legion of RAW show, Russo stated that Mysterio should have rushed the ring and leveled Stratton with a Superkick to prevent her cash-in attempt. He added that the shocking moment would have given fans something to discuss.

“If I’m Dominik Mysterio, why am I going to prevent Tiffany from cashing in the Money in the Bank, opposed to letting her cash it in, then screwing her. That’s the story bro, she cashes in the Money in the Bank, Liv is dead, Dominik, out of desperation, hits the ring and nails Tiffany Stratton with the Superkick. Referee calls for the bell, DQ, DQ.
