Recently, rumors have been circulating that WWE is bringing Bullet Club into the company from New Japan Pro Wrestling to team up with Finn Balor once again. For those new to the scene, Bullet Club is one of the best teams in Wrestling today. But throughout history, there have been some WWE wrestling teams that have been legendary.

#1 The Shield
The Shield is a professional wrestling group in WWE, consisting of Dean Ambrose , Seth Rollins , and Roman Reigns . The group debuted in November 2012 at the Survivor Series pay-per-view (PPV), and later declared their intention to fight what they considered “injustice” in WWE.

Ambrose is a former WWE United States Championship holder. The group is known for their black attire (particularly their protective jackets) and their tendency to attack ringside wrestlers. Their gimmick is their team spirit and willingness to sacrifice themselves for the group, and the reason they achieve victory is by overwhelming their opponents with superior numbers after incapacitating their teammates.

“The Shield” defeated “The Evolution” on June 3, 2014, but the next day, June 4, Seth Rollins unexpectedly betrayed his “brothers” (Roman Reings and Dean Ambrose), leading to the disbandment of “The Shield”. But despite this, “The Shield” is considered one of the most dominant wrestling groups ever, and audiences still hope that “The Shield” will reunite one day.
And that day came, on October 9, 2017, Roman Reigns , Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose performed a Triple Powerbomb on The Miz, marking the reunion of The Shield.

#2 Bullet Club
Bullet Club , sometimes shortened to BC, is a professional wrestling group, primarily appearing in the Japanese wrestling promotion New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Bullet Club boasts some truly amazing talent with the likes of The Young Bucks , Adam Cole , and leader Kenny Omega…. Bullet Club has dominated Japanese wrestling for the past few years and hopes to one day see its members fully represented in WWE.

#4 Evolution
Evolution was a professional wrestling heel stable on WWE’s RAW brand between 2003 and 2005. During its existence, the stable consisted of American wrestlers Triple H, Ric Flair, Randy Orton and Batista.

Evolution began to slowly disintegrate in 2004 after Orton was expelled from the group one night after SummerSlam. Batista later left the group in early 2005 after publicly pursuing Triple H’s World Heavywight Championship. Triple H then betrayed Flair, and Evolution officially disbanded.

#5 D-Generation X
The DX group is generally considered by everyone as the “Face of WWF”. In 1997, their group was also known as DX but with only three original members: Shawn, Chyna, Triple H. Later, only the two most famous members remained, Shawn and HHH.
