WNBA sensation Angel Reese is set to welcome Travis Kelce’s former flame, Kayla Nicole, on her podcast amidst a heated spat with Taylor Swift’s followers.

Kelce, 34, a star of NFL and Kansas City Chiefs, had an on-and-off relationship with Nicole, 33, from 2017 to 2022. The tight end has since moved on to pop icon Swift, making their relationship public in September 2023.

Since the announcement of Kelce and Swift’s relationship, Nicole has been under fire on social media, with critics targeting her appearance. “Very pretty,” a troll sarcastically commented, adding a vomiting emoji.

“YOU WILL NEVER MAKE ME HATE ME. Hang it up bookie,” Nicole retorted.

In response to the onslaught from Swift’s fans, Nicole shared a potent message about mental health. “Invest in your mental and physical health,” she advised.

“Prioritize that mind and body over EVERYTHING. No amount of success, money, love, or tangible item is worth more than the quality of your mental. Life is brighter when you feel good inside and out.”

Nicole is now slated to feature on an upcoming episode of WNBA rookie superstar Reese’s fresh podcast Unapologetically Angel. The show’s X page has invited fans to submit questions for Nicole.

“Oh, this is a good one! 100% you have to ask how she’s been coping with all the hate from her last relationship and if she’s interested in dating someone in football again or even someone in the public eye,” one fan suggested.

“Seriously do you think Travis is happy? Do you think he is starting a new chapter in his life hence the physical appearance change? Do you think you will ever be free from being connected to him? What is one thing you want the world to know about you that is never mentioned? ” another curiously asked. “I dare you to do the whole podcast and not mention or allude to her ex and his girlfriend,” another challenged Reese.

“Is it difficult to navigate all eyes still being on you from different fanbases even after ending a semi-public relationship?” a fourth queried.

Kelce and Swift have celebrated their first anniversary together. Swift has frequently been spotted cheering for him at the Chiefs’ NFL games, including during their Super Bowl title defense against the San Francisco 49ers in Feb.

Yet Swift hasn’t shown up for Kelce’s last two games, sparking speculation whether she’ll turn up for Monday night’s match-up with the Saints in New Orleans. The Kansas City team remains undefeated at 4-0 this year, continuing to dominate the NFL alongside the Minnesota Vikings who boast a 5-0 record.
